About the artist
The story behind the art
Aaron Kuder is an American comic artist who broke out at DC, where his run on Action Comics with writer Greg Pak put him on Superman for the New 52 era.
His style is bright and kinetic: big expressive figures, crisp linework and a lot of motion. That reads well on a cover, and he has since drawn variants for both DC and Marvel.
His virgin covers are harder to find than his trade-dress editions, which is why they are worth watching for here.
